摘要
In this talk, we give a new derivation of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equation on a Riemannian manifold via the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation on the group of volume preserving diffeomorphsims. Joint work with Guo-Ping Liu (HUST, Wuhan).
